The PPL license is an international license that is valid worldwide. For example, you can fly in the USA. It authorizes the piloting of single-engine aircraft (SEP - Single Engine Piston) such as the popular Cessnas 152, 172, 182, 206, Cirrus SR20/22, or Czech Zlíns 42, 142, 43, and others. It is also the basic training for further modules like VFR Night, IFR (instrument flying), MEP –⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ Multi Engine Piston, CPL –⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ Commercial Pilot Licence, or ATPL –⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ Airline Transport Pilot Licence. You can also carry passengers depending on the aircraft size (e.g., you can rent our Cessna 206 for up to 5 passengers).

If you just want to enjoy flying for personal use and don't plan on piloting larger aircraft in the future, we offer an even more affordable LAPL training –⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ Light Aircraft Pilot Licence.

The LAPL license is valid in the Czech Republic, as well as in the territory of all European Union countries (it eliminates the risk of a purely Czech ULL license, which can be problematic in many countries outside the Czech Republic and Slovakia). It authorizes the piloting of single-engine aircraft with a maximum take-off weight of 2000 kg and a total of 4 persons on board. For example, if you rent our Cessna 206 and fly with only 4 people, you can take plenty of luggage and still stay within this weight limit. For instance, you can reach popular Croatia in about 2 hours of flight.

After completing the training and passing the exams, you will be both for your pleasure and to go on a business trip or a holiday abroad. You can also continue with further training such as VFR Night, MEP, IFR,...
