LEVEL 1

• canopy control - steering, turns, stalls, flight modes
• landing - target accuracy, predictability, headwind, crosswind, downwind up to 3m/s
• meteorology
• equipment
• landing pattern
• downsizing
• discussion
• exit

LEVEL 2

• adjusting your seating position in the harness, gearing up, body position
• steering the canopy with your body
• canopy piloting (with the risers, with the toggles, with your body)
• unpredictable situations
• extreme situations (outlanding, restricted area, low turn, turbulence, meteorology)
• introduction to building up speed
• downwind landings (unlimited)
• downsizing, equipment
• discussion
• spotting

LEVEL 3 (lower intermediate)

• flying and landing at high speeds, using front and rear risers, 90°, 180°, 270°, 360° turns and beyond
• theory of turns (body weight, risers)
• zone accuracy flying
• performance improvement
• changing wing loading (weight belt)
• downsizing, equipment overview, discussion, exit
