LEVEL 1

• canopy control - steering, turns, stalls, flight modes
• landings - target accuracy, predictability, headwind, crosswind, downwind up to 3m/s
• meteorology
• equipment
• landing pattern
• downsizing
• discussion
• exit

LEVEL 2

• parachute seating adjustment, gear check, body position
• canopy control using body weight
• canopy piloting (using risers, toggles, and body weight)
• unpredictable situations
• extreme situations (outlanding, restricted landing areas, low turns, turbulence, meteorology)
• introduction to high-speed flight
• downwind landings (unrestricted)
• downsizing, equipment overview
• discussion
• exit

LEVEL 3 (INTERMEDIATE)

• flying and landing at high speeds, using front and rear risers, 90°, 180°, 270°, 360° turns and beyond
• theory of turns (body weight, risers)
• zone flying
• performance improvement
• changing wing loading (weight belt)
• downsizing, equipment overview, discussion, exit
